- state-of-the-art measurement technology and recording as required ISO 9001 standard;
- involving employees in ensuring self-control in production, by ensuring the stability of work processes and, consequently, zero errors; and no delays;
- up-to-date communication, adaptation to customers and communication with suppliers, both in Slovenia and abroad, as we are aware that only a good communication can lead to the desired product.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Our organisation and work processes are based on optimisation in all areas because this is the only way to give our existing and potential business partners what they expect – the best. Quality control is carried out by qualified control personnel.
Measurements and quality control are carried out in accordance with the prescribed standards, at the customer’s request.
We also prepare documentation to prove the flawlessness and conformity of the products.
MEASUREMENT AND TESTING
The key to success starts at the initial product development stage, which is why we sample every initial product in the company. This prevents the possibility of errors in batch production and puts us in contact with the customer, with whom we plan any possible improvements.
The final inspection is carried out in the measuring room, where we use state-of-the-art measuring equipment, including a 3D coordinate measuring machine and other measuring instruments from quality and reliable manufacturers.
At the customer’s request, we can also provide measurements of materials, surfaces, load tests, etc.
We issue the required documentation to confirm that all products comply with customer requirements.
